Musk is dipping again into anti-vaccination conspiracy theory, promoting anti vaccine conspiracy theories while bullying a famous scientist/physician who helped create a patent-free Covid vaccine. Because of course he is.

Musk Twitter is also in particular not only enabling real-world violence, not only doing it more than any of the other major social media organiations, but is the only one getting dramatically worse over the last year.

And if you’re still pretending you can “fight back” or “still do good” on Twitter, get the fuck over yourself, you can’t, they suppress your shit, even if it’s a campaign video for a major party candidate, like they did this video for a pro-abortion-rights Democrat.

And because people are still there, advertisers are starting to creep back, which meant Microsoft, Disney, and the NBA had ads placed directly next to neo-nazi propaganda this past weekend.

This is what Twitter is for now. Everyone who stays, helps make Musk’s fascist project work, normalising nazi propaganda and advertising next to it.

GOP presidential candidates use trans bodies as political stepping stones, because yeah, that’s what they do. See also, why aren’t LGBTQ people safe right now? Because Republicans want votes. It works because the Republican base wants it, of course.

The Washington Post talks about how while LGBTQ people have stronger support than ever before overall, the haters are far more virulent – and extreme.

With most state legislative sessions basically over, there’s not as much in the states section these days. But there’s two:

Following Musk’s removal of systematic intentional misgendering and use of anti-LGBT slurs generally as grounds for suspension or account revocation, Musk has now declared the words “cis” and “cisgender” to be slurs which are harassment and grounds for account suspension “at least.”
